   The most popular method of making money is by selling items on eBay, Amazon marketplace, Craigslist, etc.

   It also possible to create a website and create revenue from people clicking on ads. Of course, in order make a substantial sum of money this way, you would have to create a very popular website that attracts lots of visitors.

   If you are trying to make money without any business plan – i.e. get rich quick – then you are out of luck, because no such thing exists.
